DESCRIPTION
Our good quality Water Based Preparation and General purpose Low cost contractors Paint is an innovative aqueous, alkyd emulsion binder-based sealer, primer, bonding liquid and undercoat paint. This innovative undercoat and top coat paint is formulated and designed specifically to provide the foundation for a long-lasting finish.
It is suitable as a general paint for most surfaces around your home including ceilings and walls and can be used on both interior and exterior substrates. It has an excellent balance of water resistance and mechanical dry film properties, providing superior long-lasting performance-oriented protection.
Because of its rot-resisting and disinfecting effect, our Water Based Preparation Coat is ideally suited as a sealer and undercoat for GIB plasterboard, cladding and timber etc. This is a low odour, Formaldehyde and Alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APOE*)free product.
* APEO and Formaldehyde are not intentionally added and are not knowingly introduced from another raw material.
One (1) Litre will cover approximately 6 to 8 Square Meters.
Our Water Based Coating is intended primarily for surface application by brushing, rolling or by airless spray equipment.
Our Water Based White Paint can be painted over with a suitable Acrylic or Aqua Enamel Alkyd topcoat, such as our ClimoPlate topcoat or any other acrylic top coat paint or it can be left as a final coat.
This product is typically used as a sealer, primer, bonding liquid or undercoat. But is also suitable as a ceiling or wall paint.
This product is currently only available in the colour WHITE.
